Compassion-Focused CBT therapist and OCD Specialist.
I'm passionate about therapy and dedicated to supporting people to understand their difficulties and achieve their goals. I'm trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I specialise in supporting people to understand and overcome OCD using the latest approaches and techniques. As well as OCD, I support clients with a wide range of other difficulties, including anxiety, shame and self-criticism, depression, PTSD and more.
Clinical Supervision
Compassionate Clinical Supervision for Therapists and Organisations.
I'm a BABCP accredited Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience in a wide range of settings. I work with a diverse cohort of trainees and experienced practitioners, supporting them to develop their knowledge and skills though focused clinical supervision and consultation.

I work from a place of acceptance, helping you to approach difficult thoughts and feelings with non-judgemental openness and curiosity. I view acceptance as a key step in the journey towards growth and recovery.

I value being real and open in the therapy room - not distant or clinical. A genuine, human relationship helps create the safeness needed for honest conversations, healthy vulnerability and meaningful change.
